We appreciate your patience as we discuss your issue and get back to you regarding a solution. Our office reviews all requests each Tuesday; we will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible with further questions or regarding scheduling.

How long are is my cabinetry protected under warranty?

Our limited warranty covers all defects from our workmanship or materials for a year after installation. If damage occurs to your cabinetry due to other trades, normal wear and tear, or an accident, we are happy to quote you a service fee to resolve the issue if it cannot be solved by a handyman or your contractor.

I would like to request cabinetry for a new project, or add to existing cabinetry. What are my next steps?

We’re excited to work with you again! You can either log into your customer portal on Jobber or submit a new request here. The designer you previously worked with will be assigned to your request.

When will my service call be scheduled?

We review any requests from the week on Tuesdays so we can discuss each request as a team. This allows us to coordinate our departments to ensure we are offering the best solution possible. We regularly hold service days, and assign our team to requests on a first come, first serve basis.

What is the best way to request customer service?

Using our customer service request form ensures your request does not get missed! If you reach out to your designer, they will direct you to fill out the form. Service must be requested through the form above to be addressed.
